Mistik may process certain personal data in order to provide its astrology and tarot services. We may collect the following:
You enter these in your profile. Used to personalize your readings and chat.
You enter these in your profile. Used for astrological calculations, readings and chat.
You enter it in your profile. Used for birth chart calculation and chat.
Taken from your device only if you grant permission. Used to tailor daily readings and chat, such as suggestions based on where you are.
Your email address and/or sign-in identifier, received from Apple or Google when you sign in. Used only to identify your account — never sent to AI.
Collected as you chat with Mistik. Used to generate responses.
Collected only when you choose to send them. Used to generate responses.
This data is processed to improve our services and to provide personal astrology readings and chat.
Mistik stores user inputs. However, when users request account deletion, this data is permanently removed. To delete your data permanently, you can delete your account from within the app or by contacting our support team.
Sharing with AI services: To generate astrology readings and chat responses, a portion of the information above — your name, gender, relationship status, date and time of birth, zodiac sign, your approximate location (district/city level) if you granted permission, your chat messages, and any photos or voice messages you send in chat — is sent to AI models running through our AI infrastructure provider OpenRouter (openrouter.ai). The model in use may change from time to time as we experiment. We follow a minimum data sharing principle: each request includes only the data that the specific feature needs, and identifiers such as your email or account ID are never sent to AI. These providers process the data solely to generate the response and apply equivalent privacy protections.
Beyond this, user data may only be shared with business tools we use to improve our services. Any such sharing is carried out with data security and privacy protections in place. We do not share data with third parties for commercial purposes.
The astrology and tarot readings offered by the Mistik app are provided for entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee their accuracy, and they are not a substitute for professional advice.
All astrology and tarot readings generated in the app are the copyrighted property of Mistik. Users may not use this content commercially or share it on other platforms.
You are responsible for all content you share while using the Mistik app. You are responsible for content that is illegal, open to abuse, or disturbing to others. Mistik is not responsible for content shared by users.
Information provided by our users may be used to offer them personal astrology offers and to send email notifications and marketing messages. Users can opt out of these notifications at any time.
Mistik may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be announced within the app. If we make significant changes to our policy, we will notify our users.
